RENTAL POLICY

RATES: The Rental Rates listed in this book are subject to correction and may change at any time.

DELIVERY: Delivery Service is available. Prices vary for the type of equipment being delivered and distance from the store. The renter will be responsible for all delivered equipment from the time of drop off until the time of pick-up.

RESERVING: Reservations are always encouraged. Equipment is rented on a first-come-first-served basis. Equipment requiring a deposit will not be reserved without a paid deposit, with the exception of customers with established charge ac counts.

DEPOSIT: Deposits are required on select items and must be paid in full prior to pick up for cash account customers. Deposits will be forfeited on reservations canceled within 30 days of the pick up date.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Insurance is not required by the renter. After signing the contract, the Renter is solely responsible for any and all damages to the equipment or damages caused by the equipment. This includes any damages to the Renters vehicle or trailer during loading and unloading, hooking up or unhooking of trailers.

DAMAGE WAIVER: The customer’s responsibility for 75% of accidental damage can be waived by accepting the Damage Waiver Option at a cost of 6% of the total rental fee of each contract. The damage waiver does not cover abuse, neglect, loss, theft, or tire damage. Any breakage beyond the limits of the waiver, shortage, or collection charges are in addition to accrued rental fees.

REQUIRED: Reedsburg Rent-All, Inc. does require a valid driver’s license or social security number upon renting. Also it is required that when renting items that need to be towed, (Trailers, Skid-steers on trailers etc.) that the renter has the right size ball hitch, tow vehicle, and light hook-up.
